10K Race Home Registration Brochure Fees Race Route Directions to the YMCA Our Sponsors      What's New Volunteer Application Feedback Form	Cross Border 10K Challenge Schedule Saturday, July 4th, 2009 7:00am - 8:00am Race Day Registration and Race Kit Pick-Up at the Cumberland YMCA, Amherst, NS. Registration closes at 8:00am 7:00am - 8:10am Park at the YMCA - Free Shuttle to the starting line in Aulac, NB 8:30am Race Starts Post Race Immediately following the race there will be snacks, refreshment and a free BBQ available to participants and volunteers. There will be a short time to change / shower / etc. Once the last runner has completed the race, there will be an awards ceremony in the YMCA Gymnasium (as well as draw prises)   Awards Include: - Overall Top 3 Male & Female - Top 3 Male & Female in each 10 year age group - Top Male & Female in Cumberland County. - Fun Awards Too.
