Run New Brunswick |
For the second consecutive year, the Cross
Border Challenge is again part of the Run New Brunswick Super
Series while still remaining part of the Run Nova Scotia Point
Series. This makes the Cross Border Challenge completely unique
in Atlantic Canada since it is the only point series race on the
calendars of two provinces. |

Some new prizes have been added for this

- Cash Prizes for top 3 Male / Female
1st Place $200, 2nd Place: $100, 3rd Place: $50

Free Swim |
The YMCA will be offering free use of the
pool after the race on a first come first served basis, up to
the capacity of the pool. More than one session will be offered
if there is sufficient demand. Just give your name, and the
number of swimmers in your party, at the YMCA desk when you
arrive. |

Accommodations |
Special discounts have been offered for
accommodation during the race weekend by local businesses, Click
the Accommodations link at the top of the page for more
information. |

| Race Route |
We have tweaked the race course this year
and have added some exciting surprises to the race.
You
can also view the route in a whole new way. This past summer Google
stopped by Amherst and we are now on Street View. The street
view starts as soon as you enter Amherst from the marsh, for
info on how to view the route ahead of time click on Race Route
in the menu above. |

| Walking
Division |
This year we have added a new walking
division. To join in this division you must be able to
finish the course in 2.5 hours. |

| Washrooms |
Last year you told us, and we listened. This
year there will be more washrooms at the starting area and along
the race route. |

| Tech
Shirts |
This year the first 200 registrants will
receive a tech shirt. Register by June 1, 2010 to guarantee your
shirt size. |
