Coming Up At The Cumberland YMCA  Saturday, May 10th 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM At the Cumberland YMCA Cost: $50.00 A YMCA Health & Fitness Fundraiser The evening starts off with a soft drumming session to enlighten your soul. A choice of three moments are available from the list below: Reflexology, Pedicures, Manicures, Facials, Reiki, Healing Hands, Chi Machine with infared, Emotional Release Therapy, Energy Release (Chakra's, Endocrine, Meridians), Detoxification Footbath, Relaxation Hypnosis. Plus prior to the evening a draw will be made to fill a fourth spot with massage times. Healthy but sinful snacks will be available that you can take with you to listen to an enlightening talk, or head for the sauna, hot tub or Aquafit class and enjoy a snack when done.
