Aquafit
This cardiovascular workout is designed to increase muscle strength & flexibility done to music in the water with virtually no jarring impact, great for those who have muscle and joint considerations. For current class times see our pool schedule

Cardio Challenge
A low impact cardio class. This well designed aerobic class with stretching and strengthening exercises using different equipment such as tubing, hand weights and body bars.

Circuit Breaker
Want to get in shape fast? Try this new trend in fitness with weight bearing and cardio combined, designed to keep your heart rate at a fat burning level.

Core Strength & Stability
This program will tone and strengthen your body with an emphasis on abdominal, back, and legs.

Kickboxing with Nina
Total conditioning for the body and mind. Teaches coordination, balance, strength, and concentration.

Step with Stephanie
A full body workout that uses steps and weights.

Tone with Ty
A circuit class designed to totally tone your body. Combining the use of weights and cardio

Yoga & Mediation
Learn to control body, breath and mind through this program which is offered several times a year in 8-10 week sessions. Beginner and Intermediate levels are offered each session.

Young At Heart
This is a low-impact class designed to help one increase strength, aerobic capacity, flexibility, balance and coordination. This class is a fun filled hour focused on maintaining health and wellbeing. A special favorite with seniors.
