Body Composition Analysis
This Health management Program is unique to the YMCA. Body composition analysis measures your level of total body mass and gives you a bench mark to measure your progress. Qualified and experienced personnel will guide you through your personal assessment and goal setting session. For more information contact the Fitness Department.

Journey To Wellness
Come and empower yourself with Susan MacDonald. Learn to B.A.L.A.N.C.E. yourself. Susan will guide you into the process of cleaning and purifying your body. A program created offered by Susan several times a year.

Pilates with Nina
A class that will improve your flexibility and join mobility through the fundamentals of PILATES and classic mat work exercises. A great way to lengthen and strengthen your muscles, while cleansing your mind. A program offered by Nina Hoffman throughout the year.

Senior Strength Training
Don't be intimidated by weights! Learn the benefits of exercise and strength training as well as how to maintain and tone your body in a group setting.

Teen Weight Training
An introductory course to the weight room. This course teaches the proper technique, etiquette and use of various machines and weights.***As of December 1, 2007, this course is mandatory for teens 14-16 who use the weight room. Those with proof of a weight course already taken and approved by a trainer will be required to take a one day refresher course

Weight For Me
A 10 week program designed to help you loose weight and develop a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy personal exercise consultation, support and motivation. We offer sever program options to help meet your individual needs.
