Twinkle Toes (8 weeks)
An introductory dance program offering that provides an opportunity for our littlest littles to learn and grow through music, movement and fun!
Ages: 2yrs – 3yrs
Dates: October 5th – December 6th
Session Days & Times:
Saturdays - 9:30am -10:00am
Cost: Inclusive of Membership;
Non-Members - $80

Junior Ballers (6 Weeks)
Description: Led by former professional basketball player, Patrick Manifold, these future superstars will learn the important fundamental skills of basketball and how to work as a team, while having fun, shooting hoops and making friends.
Ages: 6-10yrs
Dates: October 7th – November 11th
Session Day & Time: Tuesdays 5:15 - 6:00pm
Cost: Inclusive of Membership; Non-Members - $40.00

Adult Programing
Introductory Line Dancing Program (4 weeks)
Description: Have you always wanted to see what line dancing is all about, but feel you might need a little extra time to learn? This program is for you! Designed for the ultra- beginner with little to no dance experience, participants will learn basic line dancing steps and combinations, have fun and socialize.
Dates: September 15 - October 6
Session Days & Times: Mondays from 11:00 - 11:45am
Cost: Inclusive of Membership; Non-Members - $25.00

Hips, Knees and Ankles (8 Weeks)
Description: The YMCA’s fundamental purpose is to build healthy communities through the power of belonging. This low impact circuit training style class, focused on strengthening and stability for the lower body, is an opportunity for all participants, no matter their level of fitness, to progressively improve their physical and mental health. Take a trip back in time with classic oldies to break a sweat to, while improving strength, balance and general fitness.
Ages: Older Adults and/or those with Limited Mobility
Dates: September 24 - November 12
Session Days & Times: Wednesdays from 5:15 - 6:15pm

4-on-4 Basketball – Drop In
Description: 4-on-4 pick-up basketball - weekly drop in offerings. Gather your friends and participate in an evening of team spirit and light competition in a fun and vibin’ environment.
Ages: 14yrs+
Start Date: September 8th
Session Days & Times: Mondays from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Cost: Inclusive of membership. Non-members - $5.00 per visit
Pickleball - Drop In
Description: Pickleball is a growing sport designed for all ages and skill levels. It’s a paddle sport with a mix between tennis, badminton and ping-pong. No experience required; teams will be divided at random.
Ages: 16yrs+
Dates: Ongoing
Session Days & Times: Sundays from 2:15pm to 4:00pm, Tuesdays from 9:30am – 11:30am and 7:30pm to 9:30pm, and Thursday 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Cost: Inclusive of Membership; Pickleball Pass for Non-Members ($25 for 5 sessions)
Volleyball- Drop In
Description: Sponsored by the Town of Amherst, join us for a fun, weekly drop in offering of volleyball. All welcome; no experience necessary.
Ages: 14+
Start Date: September 3rd
Session Days & Times: Wednesdays: 6:30 - 7:30pm Youth (14-17yrs), 7:30 - 9:30pm Adult (18yrs+)
