Tumble Bugs(6 Weeks)
Tumblebugs is an introductory program for basic movement and modified gymnastics that is fun, safe, inclusive and developmentally appropriate for children in early childhood settings.
Classes:
Ages 4-5- 4:30pm -5:15pm
Ages 6-7- 5:30pm-6:15pm
Inclusive of Membership;

Adult Programing
Beginner Line Dancing Program -River Hebert
Grab your dancing shoes and get ready to have a blast while you learn some new dance steps.
Classes are offered Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00pm.

Absolute Beginner Jazz Contemporary Fusion (8 Weeks)
Curious about jazz and contemporary dance but not sure where to start? This 8-week absolute beginner workshop is a fun, low-pressure way to jump in. No dance experience needed—just come ready to move and try something new.
Over the 8 weeks, you’ll learn the basics of jazz and contemporary and build on simple combinations each week, giving you the chance to put together a little routine by the end. Classes focus on coordination, strength, mobility, musicality, and confidence, all while encouraging freedom of movement and self-expression.

Stretch into Spring Series (8 Weeks)
This 8 part Yoga themed class follows the Wood Element; functions of sinews/fascia, connective tissues and vision. Easing the body out of the contracting nature of winter into the sprouting actions of spring. Focusing on the sides of the body; twists and side bends and finding a creative smooth flow while exploring postures and transitions. A gentle class to end the day.

4-on-4 Basketball – Drop In
Description: 4-on-4 pick-up basketball - weekly drop in offerings. Gather your friends and participate in an evening of team spirit and light competition in a fun and vibin’ environment.
Ages: 14yrs+
Start Date: September 8th
Session Days & Times: Mondays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Cost: Inclusive of membership. Non-members - $5.00 per visit
Pickleball - Drop In
Description: Pickleball is a growing sport designed for all ages and skill levels. It’s a paddle sport with a mix between tennis, badminton and ping-pong. No experience required; teams will be divided at random.
Ages: 16yrs+
Dates: Ongoing
Session Days & Times: Sundays from 2:00pm to 4:30pm, Tuesdays from 9:30am – 11:30am and 7:30pm to 9:30pm, Thursdays 9:30am-11:30am and 7:30pm to 9:30pm and Saturdays 1:30pm-3:30pm
Cost: Inclusive of Membership; Pickleball Pass for Non-Members ($25 for 5 sessions)
Volleyball- Drop In
Description: Sponsored by the Town of Amherst, join us for a fun, weekly drop in offering of volleyball. All welcome; no experience necessary.

Fitness Recreation
Lifesaving Courses
Bronze Star: Date: TBA, Bronze Star is the prerequisite course to Bronze Medallion for youth under the age of 13 interested in taking there lifeguarding courses. This course is solely to test candidates skills and assess whether or not they will be ready for Bronze Medallion. (Youth aged 12 and younger CANNOT take Medallion without a Bronze Star Certification)
Bronze Medallion: Dates: March 21st-23rd, Bronze Medallion is the prerequisite course to Bronze Cross. It teaches lifesaving skills and water safety to participants. Participants wanting to take Bronze Cross will need to complete this course first. Any participants under the age of 13 will have needed to complete Bronze Star first.
Bronze Cross: Dates: April 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th, Bronze Cross prepares participants for lifeguarding as a Cross Guard, or Jr Guard. Participants must have successfully completed Bronze Medallion are eligible to take this course.
National Lifeguard: Dates: June 28, 29, 30, July 2 & 3, For participants 15 yrs + interested in becoming fully certified lifeguards. Successfully completion of Bronze Cross is required before taking this course.
